Olivia Palermo showed off her ‘O.P.’ monogrammed version in a deep red colour at the ‘Intimissimi Fall/Winter 2013 Fashion Show’ in Italy, while Jessica Biel paired her classic black version with a bold animal-print dress for her appearance on ‘The Daily Show with Jon Stewart’.

Most recently, a very pregnant Reese Witherspoon carried a gorgeous honey version of the bag while grabbing lunch with a friend in LA on Friday afternoon wearing a lovely Vanessa Bruno smocked dress.
